Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease a 10″ cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan.
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
