2. Ingredients :



  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (or lemon juice)

  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)

  • Paprika or chili flakes for garnish


3. Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs:
    Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off heat and let sit (covered) for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to ice water to cool.

  2. Peel & Halve:
    Peel the cooled eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl.

  3. Mash the Filling:
    Add avocado, lime juice, Greek yogurt (or mayo), mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash until creamy and smooth.

  4. Fill the Eggs:
    Spoon or pipe the creamy avocado mixture into the hollow egg whites.

  5. Garnish & Serve:
    Sprinkle with paprika, chili flakes, or fresh herbs. Chill until ready to serve.
